Equinix Foundation's commitment will support the growth of World Pulse's social impact network, connecting women worldwide for change

At World Pulse, we know that bringing women online to a supportive space where they can speak out, connect, and strengthen their capacity as changemakers is pivotal to creating a more equitable and inclusive world. Our theory of change underscores that when women are digitally empowered, they go on to change lives. But too many women remain disconnected — cut off from the opportunity to unlock the confidence, connections, and social capital needed to advance their leadership.

Thanks to a new $50,000 commitment from the Equinix Foundation, more women from more countries will now have access to World Pulse's global social impact network connecting women and allies worldwide for change. As a champion of inclusivity and membership sponsor, Equinix Foundation will support World Pulse's bold vision to connect 1 million women and allies across regions to multiply their impact and power.

Over the past two years, World Pulse has experienced unprecedented growth, with nearly 20,000 new members joining annually across 200+ countries. Equinix’s support will enable World Pulse to prioritize tech-driven solutions to scale its impact, keep pace with rapid growth, and prepare for a future that incorporates AI readiness.

Equinix WeSkill Program Provides Hands-on Support

In addition to funding, Equinix’s WeSkill Program, led by implementation partners at the Taproot Foundation, will launch an 8-week project to build a data architecture framework to sustain the World Pulse platform’s rapid growth and enhance its technological capabilities to enable even more connections and impact.

The partnership will help World Pulse:

• Centralize data storage for streamlined impact reporting.
• Lay the foundation for personalized content recommendations, real-time impact analysis, and automated content categorization.
• Establish the foundation needed to connect 1 million women worldwide for change.

Equinix’s latest commitment builds on more than $350,000 in funding and 300+ hours of employee volunteer time they have provided since its partnership with World Pulse began in 2015.
