World Pulse has completed the 8-week WeSkill Program, a pro-bono initiative supported by Equinix and led by Taproot Foundation, designed to strengthen nonprofit capacity through skilled volunteer projects. Through this partnership, World Pulse collaborated with a dedicated team of technology and data professionals to develop a robust data architecture framework to advance a bold new vision to scale our digital infrastructure and support women’s leadership and collective action worldwide.

At the heart of World Pulse is a simple but powerful truth: when women grow their voice, connections, and access to resources, they become catalysts for change in their communities and beyond. Those are the 3 pillars of our Theory of Change. To better understand and support this journey, we’ve developed a new index to measure impact: a dynamic framework that captures how mutual support and collaboration lead to real-world outcomes.

The index identifies key moments of exchange that signal progress across all three pillars—interactions that reflect trust, support, and action within the network. It reveals how engagement leads to community transformation, and powers a more personalized experience that enables members to deepen their progress towards catalyzing change.

This evolving index marks a shift in how we use technology and data not as a neutral tool, but as a connective fabric weaving relationships, ideas, and support that foster collective power and social transformation.
